Yes. You can collect from our office in Petaling Jaya, or we deliver across Kuala Lumpur — including KLIA and KLIA2. Delivery fees depend on the location and timing, and we confirm them before you commit.
All three. KOI offers daily, weekly and monthly rentals, with better rates for longer terms. Just tell us how long you need the car and we'll quote accordingly.
Yes — for airport runs, events, business meetings or comfortable point-to-point travel. Choose 'Chauffeur service' in the enquiry form and we'll arrange the right car and driver.
For Malaysians: your IC and a valid driving licence. For foreigners: passport and a valid licence (Malaysian, international, or your home-country licence in English). A refundable deposit is collected before pickup.
Yes. The rate, refundable deposit and any delivery fee are all confirmed on WhatsApp before your booking is finalised — so there are no surprises at handover.
