Rental Requirements
A quick checklist of what you'll need before confirming a rental with KOI. Having these ready keeps your pickup fast and hassle-free.
Valid IC / Passport
A government-issued identity document for verification at handover.
Valid driver's licence
A current driving licence valid for the vehicle category you're renting.
Minimum age 23
Drivers must be at least 23 years old. Some vehicles may require a higher minimum age.
Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit is collected before pickup and returned after the car is returned in good condition.
Kuala Lumpur delivery
Delivery and collection are available across Kuala Lumpur, including KLIA & KLIA2 on request.
200 km/day included
Each rental day includes 200 km of mileage. Excess mileage is charged at our standard rate.
Additional checks may apply
Depending on the vehicle type, extra verification or documentation may be requested.
