Refund Policy
How we handle security-deposit refunds, cancellations, and early termination, including timelines and any charges that may apply.

1. Security deposit refund
A refundable deposit is collected before pickup and returned after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
- The Company may deduct any outstanding rental, fees, penalties, or damages from the deposit before refund.
- Refund timeline: within 7 working days for KL/Selangor rentals, and up to 3 months for outstation rentals.
- The deposit cannot be used to offset rental fees unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Smoking, durians, salted fish, or pets in the vehicle forfeits RM250 of the deposit.
2. Cancellation & early termination
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the rental starts: full refund issued as a credit voucher (valid 6 months).
- Cancellation within 14 days of the start: RM300 charge, with the remaining balance issued as a credit voucher.
- After the rental has commenced: no refund for unused days.

3. Extensions
- Extensions requested at least 24 hours before expiry may be granted, subject to availability and rate.
- Payment for any extension must be made at least 12 hours before the extended period begins.
4. Other charges that may affect a refund
- Returning the vehicle at a different fuel level may incur fuel charges.
- Delivery or repossession outside Company premises incurs an RM10/km fee.
- Late return incurs double the daily rental until the vehicle is returned.
- Excess mileage beyond the included 200 km/day is charged at the Company's rate.
- Damage, tyre punctures, or losses caused by negligence are chargeable and may be deducted from the deposit.
5. How to request a refund
Deposit refunds are processed automatically after the vehicle is returned and inspected — no request needed. For cancellations or any refund question, message us on WhatsApp and our team will assist.
Please ensure the bank account you provide for the refund is correct; the Company is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect bank account.
