How do I book a car?

Browse our fleet, pick a car and the dates you need, then send us a message on WhatsApp to confirm. We reply within ~10 minutes during operating hours and lock in your booking on the spot.

What documents are required?

For Malaysian renters: your IC and a valid Malaysian driving license. For foreigners: passport and a valid driving license (Malaysian, international, or your home country license in English).

How is my booking confirmed?

Once you've chosen your car and dates and paid the RM100 booking fee, we confirm your car, price, deposit and handover details in writing over WhatsApp. That written confirmation is your locked-in booking.

Can I book last minute?

Yes. Same-day and last-minute bookings are welcome as long as the car is available. Message us on WhatsApp — we'll check the schedule and get you on the road quickly.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp as early as possible to change dates or cancel. Cancel 14 days or more before the rental starts for a full refund as a 6-month credit voucher; within 14 days an RM300 charge applies, with the balance as a credit voucher. Where can I pick up the car?

Our main pickup point is in Petaling Jaya. We also offer delivery across Kuala Lumpur (KL, PJ, Subang, Shah Alam, etc.) and to KLIA / KLIA2 for a small fee depending on distance and time.

Can the car be delivered?

Yes. Beyond our Petaling Jaya pickup point, we deliver across Kuala Lumpur (KL, PJ, Subang, Shah Alam and nearby) and to KLIA / KLIA2. A small delivery fee applies depending on distance and time.

Question 8

Do you offer airport delivery?

Yes, we deliver to KLIA and KLIA2. Tell us your flight number and arrival time when booking and we'll meet you at the pickup zone. Delivery fee depends on the date and time of arrival.

Question 9

How do I return the car?

Return at the agreed location at the time confirmed in your booking. We'll do a quick joint inspection (exterior, interior, fuel level, mileage) and process your deposit refund if everything checks out.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes — just message us on WhatsApp before your rental expires. We'll check the car's availability and confirm the extension and the additional charge in one short reply.

What if I return the car late?

Accepted Answer

A late-return fee applies, charged hourly based on the daily rate. If you're running late, message us as soon as possible — many cases can be turned into a paid extension instead of a late fee.

What is the fuel policy?

Cars are handed over with a recorded fuel level and should be returned at the same level. If the fuel is lower at return, we charge the difference plus a small refueling service fee.

Is a booking fee required?

Yes. A RM100 booking fee secures your chosen car and dates and confirms your reservation. It is separate from the refundable security deposit, and the booking fee itself is non-refundable if you cancel.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes. The deposit depends on the car's daily rate and renter type. Most economy bookings range from RM200–RM1,000; premium and luxury cars require higher deposits. We'll confirm the exact amount when you book.

When will I get my deposit back?

Once the car is returned and inspection is complete, the deposit is refunded the same day via bank transfer or e-wallet — usually within a few hours.

What if the car is damaged?

Minor cosmetic damage is assessed against an agreed scale. Major damage or accidents are handled through the car's insurance — we'll guide you through reporting and any excess that may apply.

Can other people drive the car?

Accepted Answer

Only registered drivers listed on the booking may drive the car. If you want to add a second driver, share their IC/license details when booking — there's no additional charge for adding one extra named driver.
